I want to make sure you love my products and know that quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, I'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. There may be cases where the product requires video proof of the product and that is by a different manufactuerer I go through.

This quick and simple step will help me to provide a speedy resolution with you. All products are made to order, so I do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

Cancellations

All of my products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.

Damaged/Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Refunds policy

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Payment Methods

I accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

International Orders

Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time I am unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.

 TRACKING ORDER
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at my EMAIL.

 WRONG SIZED ORDER
If your item is mislabelled then please let me know at my EMAIL within a week after receiving your order.

ㅤ★ Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

 EXCHANGING ORDER
In short, unfortunately, no.

ㅤ★ However, we can discuss getting you a new product of the same print at a discounted price or the same discounted price you initially purchased the product.

 ODOR ORDER
If you purchased shirts, sweatshirts, or hoodies, then your clothing item(s) may arrive with a particular smell. This smell can easily be removed by washing.
This is from the agents used to help the design absorb into the fabric. Items cannot be returned due to smell.

 LOST SHIPPING
Please submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date with your order number.
Please check the following:
ㅤ★ If the shipping address is correct on your order, then check with the local shipping carrier to confirm if they have it or misplaced next to your neighbors.

ㅤ★ If the shipping address is incorrect on your order, then the order will be returned and I will contact you back for the correct address. Note: If tracking states an order was delivered and cannot be found, then we can discuss a new order at a discounted price.

 ESTIMATED SHIPPING
Usual estimates take about 6 - 12 business days to arrive at your destination.

ㅤ★ Each product is printed based on each purchase, so a product will go through the fulfillment process averaging within 1 - 5 business days, and then take about 3 - 7 business days for shipment.

 CANCELLING BEFORE SHIPPING
You’re free to cancel an order anytime before item(s) have been created, please contact as soon as possible after purchase.

 WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
It may be possible to change the mailing address, especially if it hasn’t been shipped. Please contact as soon as possible.

 DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
Help me resolve this quickly for you by contacting within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

I will not accept any returns without customer contacting me first. If you have not received your refund or replacement (due to damages, mislabels, or lost) within 30 days, please contact me as soon as possible.

At this time, I don't offer exchanges, because I would be producing a new product. (Keep in mind, everything is made to order, so each item is hand made uniquely). Please check the sizing chart images provided. You may receive a replied email from me within 48 hours.

 DISSATISFIED QUALITY
Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference do not constitute quality issues.ㅤ

Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display do not constitute quality issues.

Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute quality issues.

Please refer to the sizing charts for final decision on your purchase, as I don't particularly recommend sizes, because every body type is different. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute quality issues.

 DESIGN QUALITY
Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences to different items with the same size or different sizes. Slight different design locations do not constitute quality issues.

 CLEARLY DESCRIBED DEFECTIVE
Products that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase that there may be defects, do not constitute quality issues and are not accepted for returns.
